1. PRIMEPEAK CONSULTANCY delivers services directly via email, WhatsApp, or by working on the customer’s account or website.
2. All services are delivered within the agreed timeframe, typically within 7 days, unless otherwise specified during the order process.

Cancellations

2. Post-expiry of the aforementioned period, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

Refunds

1. We offer a 7-day refund policy for all services. Refunds are applicable only if:
   • The service delivered is significantly different from what was ordered.
   • The customer is dissatisfied, and the issue cannot be resolved despite multiple revisions.
2. Refund requests after 7 days of service delivery will not be accepted.
3. Refunds will be processed only after all revisions have been completed, ensuring the customer’s satisfaction.
